mexican salad loaded fries 墨西哥風味沙拉薯塊

this is a perfect easy summer dinner dish. tons of raw veggies & fruit, no added oil, minimal salt and accompanied with unrefined carbohydrates. this spicy and tangy dish is so refreshing, satisfying and filling.

serves two


| fries |

1 large potato, cut into wedges

1 medium sweet potato, cut into wedges


| salad |

1/2 mango, diced

1 avocado, diced

1 small tomato, diced

1 cucumber, diced

handful cilantro, chopped

1/4 small red onion, diced

1-2 scallion, chopped

1/2 lime, juiced

to taste salt

to taste coconut vinegar hot sauce


*feel free to add in bell pepper, celery, red cabbage or veggies of your choice. rule of thumb, use clean, organic ingredients whenever possible.


| steps |

1. to make the fries, set air-fryer temperature to 160°C and cook for 16-17 minutes until cooked through. transfer into serving plates.

2. toss the salad, load onto the potatoes and enjoy!

兩人份


| 薯塊食材 |

1 大顆 馬鈴薯

1 中型 地瓜


| 沙拉食材 |

半顆 芒果、切丁

1 顆 酪梨、切丁

1 小顆 番茄、切丁

1 根 小黃瓜、切丁

一小把 香菜、切碎

1/4 小顆 紫洋蔥、切碎

1-2 支 青蔥、切碎

1/2 顆 萊姆、搾汁

適量 鹽

適量 椰子醋辣醬


*也可以加入彩椒、芹菜、紫高麗、胡蘿蔔或自己喜歡的蔬果。若雲許,盡可能使用有機耕種食材。


| 步驟 |

1. 製作薯塊,將氣炸鍋調成160°C,烹調16-17分鐘。

2. 將薯塊擺入盤中。將沙拉食材攪拌均勻,放在薯塊上就完成了!
